WHO CAN HELP ME STOP SMOKING?

Here you will find trained stop smoking advisers, who work closely with your doctor and pharmacist. They can tell you about all the treatment options, motivate you and monitor your progress, on an individual basis or in a group session.

Your doctor

Your doctor can prescribe and recommend all treatments and support available on the NHS. He or she can also offer advice and support throughout your quitting journey, or refer you to your local NHS Stop Smoking Service.

Your pharmacist

Your pharmacist can advise you on the different ways to stop smoking and may recommend that you visit your local NHS Stop Smoking Service for support or your doctor to further discuss the treatment and support options available to you.

QUIT

An independent UK charity with friendly, trained QUIT counsellors who will answer your call 7 days a week from 9am - 9pm and can support you throughout your quitting process.
